2. Free Trial
Our 7-day free trial for social media management services:
- Is available to new customers only
- Does not require a credit card
- Can be cancelled at any time during the trial period
- Converts to a paid subscription if not cancelled
3. Payment Terms
- Social media services are billed monthly in advance
- Website development requires 50% deposit, 50% on completion
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Cancellation
For monthly services:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
- Services continue until the end of the paid period
- No refunds for partial months
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Grant necessary access to social media accounts
- Review and approve content in a timely manner
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
6. Intellectual Property
- Content created for your business belongs to you upon full payment
- We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio
- Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts) are licensed, not owned
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of business or profits
- Social media platform changes or outages
- Content performance or engagement results
- Third-party service interruptions
8. Website Development
Standard website pricing (£299) includes:
- 5-7 page informational websites
- 2 rounds of revisions
- Basic contact forms
Not included (requires custom quote): E-commerce, booking systems, payment integration, custom databases, API connections.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
