Pricing questions
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your written quote lists everything. The only extras are things paid directly to other companies — your domain (at cost), any paid software subscriptions, and advertising if you choose to run ads.
How do payments work?
For website projects, we take a 50% deposit to book your project and the remaining 50% before launch. AI Health Checks and AI Setup are paid before work starts. Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance.
Can you build something that isn't listed?
Probably. Tell us what you need on a free call and we'll give you an honest answer and a fixed quote. If it's outside what we do, we'll say so.
