Your accounts, your control
We never need your passwords
Sharing passwords is risky and unnecessary. For Facebook and Instagram, you add us as a partner through Meta Business Suite. You stay the owner, and you can remove our access at any time with a couple of clicks.
For other platforms, we use their official team or manager access wherever it's available.
Adding us takes a few minutes
- We send you our Meta Business ID and a short step-by-step guide.
- In Meta Business Suite, you add Grow Digital as a partner to your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- You choose what we can access. That's it — no passwords exchanged.

Social media questions
Is paid advertising included?
No. Our packages cover organic (unpaid) posting. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platform and isn't included in our prices.
What do you need from me?
A short onboarding call, access via Meta Business Suite, and any photos or videos of your work, products or premises. Real photos almost always perform better than stock images.
Can I still post myself?
Of course. They're your accounts. Just let us know about anything big so we can keep the calendar joined up.
Do you guarantee more followers or sales?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. We promise consistent, good-quality posting and honest reporting, so you can see what's working.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long contracts. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
