FAQ
Website questions
Do you write the words for my website?
You know your business best, so we ask you to send the key information. We'll then tidy and structure it into clear, readable pages. If you'd like us to write everything from scratch, we can quote for that separately.
What counts as a round of revisions?
A round is one set of feedback on the preview — for example a list of text changes, a different photo and a colour tweak, sent together. We make the changes and send the updated preview back.
Can I update the website myself?
Listings & Custom websites include an admin login so you can add content yourself. For Starter and Business websites, small edits are included in our care plans, or we can quote for an editable setup.
Will my website appear on Google?
We set up the basics so Google can find and understand your site, and the Business package includes Google Business Profile setup. Nobody can honestly guarantee a particular ranking, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes — hosting is included in our Care and Care Plus plans. If you already have hosting or prefer to arrange your own, that's fine too.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We'll connect your new website to your existing domain. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you register it in your name at cost.
